I may not be able to make the class. What is your cancellation policy? Classes scheduled through the USCCA portal require payment up front. If you are scheduling direct, a deposit of 50% is required. This is a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your seat. The balance is due on the day of the class prior to its start. If you need make a change to your scheduled class date, it is YOUR responsibility to PROMPTLY reschedule for a class date through email. Re-schedules must be done at least five days prior to the class date in order to preserve the deposit.
We will do our best to accommodate schedule issues and unforeseen circumstances, but you will lose your deposit for the following:
1. If you cancel with less than five (5) days notice from the scheduled class time;
2. If you are a no-show for your scheduled class time;
3. If you properly reschedule a class and then cancel or no-show the second time.
