Our USCCA Basic Handgun Course is a program designed to enhance your understanding of handguns. Whether you already own a pistol or are considering purchasing one, this course provides valuable insights. Here are the key details:

• Geared toward your personal pistol, if you have one. If not, don’t worry! The course includes a session on what to look for when buying a pistol.
• Range time is not part of this class.
• Class Time: ~2.5 Hours

Our USCCA Basic and Advanced Skills Course will take your defensive shooting skill level beyond the building blocks presented in our Defensive Shooting Fundamentals Course.  Here are key details:

• Emphasis on balance between speed and accuracy.
• Shooting live from the holster.
• Meets training requirements for USCCA Protector Academy Qualification.
• Class Time: ~1 Hour
• Range Time: ~2 Hours
• Cost: $40

Required Equipment:

• Pistol (semi-auto or revolver)
• 100 rounds of range ammo
• Two (2) magazines
• Hearing and Eye Protection

Our USCCA Personal and Home Defense Course builds upon our Personal and Home Protection Plan Course. We will focus on personal and home defense to prepare you for the unexpected. We will discuss the following topics:

• Developing a personal and home protection plan
• Situational awareness
• Violent encounters & the aftermath
• Range time is not part of this class.
• Class Time: ~2.5 Hours
• Cost: $30

In our USCCA Violent Encounters and the Aftermath Course, you will learn what physical and mental reactions may occur when a human undergoes extreme stress, such as during an incident involving deadly force. Our goal is to inform and educate real estate agents on how to stay safe on the job. You may be involved in a violent encounter as you meet new clients, drive clients to homes or show vacant properties.  We will cover strategies such as developing and following a safety plan to help you be more aware and how to avoid being a victim of a violent encounter.  Additionally, we will discuss armed and unarmed defensive options to keep you safe. (Please note: this is NOT a firearms/shooting class)
